My name is Jeroen Dernison, owner of Expat Residentials and living in Amsterdam.
I started working in the real estate business in 2004 as an agent in Purmerend. In that same year I made the step to Amsterdam and started working for an office in Amsterdam Oud-Zuid. Besides providing enthusiastic services on selling and buying houses for our customers, I also guided renovation projects. Bringing glory back to these old buildings was a very worthy thing to do. Working as an agent was good fun and I enjoyed doing it. Helping my clients achieving their goals motivated me. Than the crisis struck the business hard but I had the possibility to transfer to the commercial property area in 2009. At first I was responsible for managing several shopping malls. In the last two years I worked for a big UK retailer and helped them expand the business in The Netherlands and Belgium.
Now, with all this experience I can help you with what drives me. Finding the right place for you to live, in Amsterdam or in the surrounding areas.
